Delivery Policy

We deliver across Gauteng from our packing point in Northmead, Benoni. Delivery hours are 08:00 – 17:00.

School delivery

Direct delivery to your child's school is FREE on our selected delivery days for that school. If delivery is requested on a non-selected day, it's charged at R5.50 per km.

Home delivery

Delivered to your door at R5.50 per km, or via courier (see below). Turnaround is approximately 10–12 working days, and may be sooner or later depending on circumstances.

Company delivery

Delivered to your company address at R5.50 per km, or via courier (see below).

Courier delivery

For areas outside our own-delivery routes, we ship via The Courier Guy or Fastway. You'll choose your preferred courier at checkout, and we'll send you a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How distance is calculated

Distance is measured from our packing point in Northmead, Benoni to your delivery address, and back.

If we can't deliver to your area

We'll let you know as soon as possible, and where we can, arrange delivery to the relevant school instead.
