Pro Pack Stationery respects the privacy of every parent, school and child we work with.

Children's and parents' information

Children's and parents' information and photographs remain confidential. We only use the details you give us (your name, contact details, child's grade and school, and delivery address) to prepare and deliver your order.

Payment information

Payments are processed securely through PayFast. We do not store your card details.

School lists you send us

If you email or upload your child's school stationery list to help us add a new school, that document is used only to build your order and load the school's list, and is treated with the same confidentiality as any other personal information.
