Refund & Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns on stationery packs, as each pack is prepared specifically to your order and to your school's requirements.

If we can't deliver to your area

If delivery isn't possible in a specific area, we'll advise you as soon as we know. Where possible, we'll arrange for delivery to the relevant school instead.

If we're genuinely unable to assist with your order, your funds will be returned to you in full.
